Abu Mohammad Al Joulani, leader of Al Qaeda HTS in Syria, praises the UK FCO-intelligence asset, the White Helmets 5/8/ 2019. 

The Civil Defence (White Helmets) played an important role as well, thank God.  

They would always be on look-out  for attacking war planes.  

Their (White Helmets) centers were high on the list of the Russian occupier targets. (Note: Russia is legally in Syria – m.t.) 

Their centers would be bombed so they would move away a short distance.  

Then even before the dust settles,  they would return as the bombs rained down on them.
