After NATO provocations and a Russian invasion the US Congress funded National Endowment for Democracy (NED) has rushed to delete all details of the civil and political bodies it funds in Ukraine. But that list is re-published here, and also here https://www.al-akhbar.com/PDF_Files/4581/NEDUkraine.pdf
If you go to the NED ‘Awarded Grants’ search here https://www.ned.org/wp-content/themes/ned/search/grant-search.php you can find, for example, 197 bodies with US Government funding totaling over $10m in Belarus. The same search for Ukraine produces “no results”.
Anyway, an 8ppp list of those grantees is circulating and is reproduced below. The NED does not directly fund biolabs or military groups – that is for the CIA – but they do fund political, propaganda and intel groups. CCHS will publish more on these groups in the near future.
